Legal Basis

We do not share your personal information with companies, organizations and individuals outside of Coolboots & its partner companies unless one of the following circumstances applies:

Management of Your LinkedIn Company Page
As part of the Outspark B2B Pro service, you grant Outspark administrator access to your LinkedIn company page so that we may set up, brand, and manage the page on your behalf. By providing such access, you confirm that you are duly authorised to act on behalf of the company that owns the page and to grant us this access.
During the term of the Outspark B2B Pro service, Outspark will be responsible for managing the company page, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content, optimising the page, and carrying out the activities described in this Policy and your service terms. Where the company page has more than one administrator, you agree to coordinate with us so that posting and page changes are routed through Outspark during the service term, in order to avoid conflicting or duplicate activity. You may retain administrator access to the page at all times, and you may withdraw our access at any time, which will end our ability to manage the page.
All content created for and published on the company page, together with the company page itself, remain the property of your company. Upon completion or termination of the service, administrative control of the page rests solely with you, and Outspark will cease all management activity and relinquish its administrator access.
Any data associated with the company page that we access or process — including page and content analytics, follower and visitor insights, engagement metrics, and any personal data of page administrators or members of your team that you share with us for this purpose — will be collected, used, stored, and protected in the same manner as the other personal information described in this Policy. We will process such data only to provide and improve the Outspark B2B Pro service, will keep it confidential and secure, will not use it for unrelated purposes, and will retain it only for as long as necessary in accordance with the Retention of Personal Information section of this Policy.
In the course of managing the company page and conducting related outreach, we may also process the personal data of third parties who interact with the page or who are identified as part of your target audience. We process such data on your behalf solely for the purpose of delivering the Outspark B2B Pro service, and you remain responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate basis for such outreach being carried out on your behalf.

In case any Personal Information is shared by you with Coolboots, which is not requested by Coolboots during registration, Coolboots will not be liable for any information security breach or disclosure in relation to such information.
